CareCloud in 2025: New Partnerships, Customer Engagement App, and System Optimization

The year 2025 marked a significant branching out. CareCloud enhanced its functionalities, unveiled a new app, forged new partnerships, and expanded its reach by exhibiting at major industry events. Let’s take a look at our 2025 milestones.

FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMER, NOT TRENDS
CareCloud’s 2025 story was one of steady innovation supported by practical, real-world applications. We demonstrated how data and smart apps can fuel an effective marketing strategy, opening new ways to engage customers and optimizing core features along the way.
MEET ABIGAIL, OUR CUSTOM AI SOLUTION
For the past few years, we have developed AI tools to help you craft and optimize marketing while reducing manhours. Last year, we finally released Abigail as a standalone business package. Here’s what Abigail can do now:
- Recommendation Engine 3.0 suggests the perfect products for your customers. Include them in your campaigns to increase conversions and AOV. Additionally, you can customize the algorithm with several models, such as Novelty, Diversity, or Popular Product.
- Audience Recommendation lets you choose products to sell, while Abigail finds suitable customers (from your database) who are most likely to buy. Then, Abigail simply creates a custom audience for you.
- Send Time Optimization calculates the exact moment when customers are likely to respond to marketing communication. Simply tick one box during campaign setup and leave the sending to Abigail. The tool’s complex algorithm improves each time you send a message to the customer.
- Voucher Recommendation shows the most relevant vouchers a customer is likely to redeem. These suggestions are displayed in the app or in any other integrated system, on the customer’s profile. This function is especially useful for brands that offer a wide variety of vouchers.
- Onboarding Assistant will supply you with everything you need when exploring the CareCloud platform. Using AI chatbot capabilities and a database of useful resources, Abigail will guide your steps, offer data-driven recommendations, and help you navigate our custom CareCloud API.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT APP OPENS NEW OPPORTUNITIES
Already by the start of 2025, we revealed CareCloud’s new Customer Engagement app. This app enables brands to collect customer behavioral data directly from their websites’ frontends, such as page visits, clicks, browsing activity, and form interactions.
This data can be transformed into actionable events, which are in turn used for automation and analytics. What if a customer frequently browses a product category, but hesitates to buy? Track their web visits and motivate their purchase with an automated personalized campaign with a small incentive.

UPDATED CORE APPS
Apart from new releases, we optimized a great number of functionalities and interfaces based on user feedback. These are just some of the major updates and additions we implemented:
- Reworked Email Designer feels more intuitive than ever, with major updates to product promotion, image editing and uploading, and template design. Moreover, we added an automatic system that checks whether your images have alternative texts and your preheaders follow the general length.
- Purchase, Vouchers, and Events Analytics to gain even more customer insight.
- Two-Factor Authentication, both by email and mobile, to ensure secure and authorized access to CareCloud.
PARTNERSHIP WITH SHOPTET
We joined forces with one of the most popular e-commerce solutions in Central Europe — Shoptet. Now, everyone with a Shoptet online shop can harness the tools of data-based marketing through a custom CareCloud add-on.

This move reflected a broader need for CRM and CDP tools to integrate with existing e-commerce infrastructure. Our platform can be integrated with almost any system, including POS systems, online shops, and other service providers.
The list of available features includes 360-degree customer profiles, omnichannel campaigns, marketing automation, advanced analytics, and Shoptet voucher distribution. Modern marketing comes to e-commerce. Go ahead and try it.
CARECLOUD AS PART OF A E-COMMERCE AND RETAIL COMMUNITY
In early September, we exhibited at Reshoper 2025, one of the largest e-commerce events in the Czech Republic. With thousands of attendees and hundreds of exhibitors, the event provided a showcase of the current e-commerce technology. We were thrilled to exchange insights, demonstrate our platform, and engage directly with e-commerce top players.
In another distinguished position, CareCloud joined the Retail in Detail conference as a leading partner. The primary discourse centered on AI and its potential to improve customer experience (CX). Our own Head of Marketing & Sales, Vladimír Stříteský, delivered a practical lecture on improving CX in retail marketing using AI.

We aimed to strengthen our positioning not just as a platform provider, but as an active participant in shaping the local CDP landscape.
LOOKING AHEAD: 2026 AND ONWARDS
The past year was both fruitful and exciting. With every new app, partnership, and system update, we draw closer to delivering the optimal CDP experience.
In 2026, we plan to expand our apps, partnerships, and participation in major industry events. There are endless opportunities to optimize and sufficient room to grow.
As brands continue to navigate evolving customer expectations and technological complexity, CareCloud’s 2025 milestones signal a clear direction forward, built on connection, a customer-centric approach, and AI technology.
