External Apps Interface

We have reworked the entire interface when adding new external apps. With a more intuitive design, CareCloud can easily integrate with any e-shop, POS, app, or customer support. Create a unified network of interconnected systems with CareCloud as the center.

Two-Factor Authentication

We implemented two-factor authentication to ensure secure and authorized access to CareCloud. You can set up a primary and secondary authentication channel (email or SMS). Customize your policy — set a time validity or demand two-factor authentication with every login.

DKIM, SPF, and DMARC Checkup

To expand our quality control in email campaigns, CareCloud now checks whether your sender domain has valid SPF, DMARC, and DKIM records. Without these email verification methods, you cannot send bulk emails to Gmail addresses and other inbox vendors.
