A New Core App: Web Overlays 

Our brand-new app will completely transform your web engagement. The Web Overlays app lets you create personalized pop-ups and banners that appear based on customers’ web activity. Motivate customers to enroll in your loyalty program, show them the latest special deal, or alert them to abandoned carts! Make simple web visits into fluid, interactive communication.

The Web Overlays intuitive designer operates similarly to email design, so you’ll have a much easier time getting acquainted. Use profile or web tracking data from the Customer Engagement app, and personalize overlays to each customer’s journey. No two web visits will be the same, yet both will be more engaging.

A New Automation Node: Set Account Property Value

Marketing Automation workflows received the long-awaited node, which lets you change account property values. Use this node to update custom properties outside automatic touchpoints. After a customer buys enough dog food and treats, update their custom property as “Dog Owner” and use the data for further automated campaigns. 

Simply set the type of account property you wish to update and then enter the value. Also, make sure that the current CareCloud user is authorized to change property values. Create complex automations that evolve for each customer.
