Dynamic Product Parameters
Our Email Designer got another tweak. When including products in the email template, you can now choose static or dynamic values. With dynamic values, you will ensure that every product attribute is up to date when the campaign is sent. This is especially important when creating email templates well in advance.
Imported Address Audiences
We’ve added the option to easily create new audiences. Besides manual and AI creation, you can simply import addresses from a custom file. This helps tremendously when you bring in new addresses and don’t want to manually create their profiles (like ad-hoc campaigns). When no saved profile is associated with an email address, CareCloud creates a blank one immediately.
Recalculating Audience before Sending Campaign
Much can happen between audience creation and the actual campaign send: customers can jump between RFM segments, join your loyalty program, or make a quick purchase in the meantime. With this option checked during campaign creation, CareCloud will recalculate and verify that all recipients remain valid for the campaign parameters at the time of sending. Make sure your campaigns reach only the right customers.
