A/B Testing: Reward Recommendation

We’ve introduced a new possibility to gradually optimize campaigns. Now, you can set up A/B tests to see which model of reward recommendation works the best. Simply divide the audience by percentage and set up a different recommendation model for each portion. In the “Recommended rewards report,” you can then see which model had a higher hit and conversion rate.

New Models in Recommendation Engine 3.0

And we’ll stay with personalized recommendations for a bit. To the existing four models, we’ve added two more: Random Selection and Popular Product. This gives you even more options for leveraging product recommendations directly in email campaigns. Go for completely randomized products or highlight the current bestsellers. The choice is yours.

Image Repository in Email Designer

Tired of uploading the same pictures over and over? Whenever you upload an image to be used in an email template, it is also stored in our custom image repository. This is a handy tool when you don’t want to duplicate the entire template, but rather select a previously uploaded image without fuss. With every update, we make the template design even smarter and user-friendly.
