With Retail in Detail behind Us, Here’s What We Learned

Cozy, but insightful — that’s how we’d describe Retail in Detail 2025: CX + AI = ❤️, hosted by Blue Events. With a full day of lectures, discussions, and exhibitions, this event brought together retailers from all over the Czech Republic. What did we learn?

HOW TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE?
Retail in Detail proved one thing: You don’t need huge crowds to matter. Each of the 133 attendees was an expert in the retail industry, eager to learn and network. The main topic of this year’s event is: How to balance the human touch and AI contribution to create effective Customer Experience (CX).
The program consisted of dynamic presentations by senior managers, CX experts, and CEOs of prominent brands, including Alza, Decathlon, and Rossman. Our own Head of Marketing and Sales, Vladimír Stříteský, demonstrated best practices for optimizing CX in retention marketing.
Today’s CX leaves a lot to be desired: Brands often don’t give enough weight to customers’ feelings, mismanage feedback, and send unpersonalized communication. Still, with advanced tools, the right mindset, and a little help from AI, any brand can rise above the competition and build a loyal customer base.
The event concluded with a panel discussion on the latest CX developments in retail, with top executives from Nestle, Dr. Max, and P.V.A. Systems. The amount of know-how in the hour-long discussion was impressive.
OUTSIDE THE LECTURE HALL
As the main partner, we were showcasing our platform on a kiosk with a custom demo version. Retailers, hungry for innovation, appreciated a hands-on approach, and we appreciated their time.
