Send Time Optimization
What is the perfect moment to send an email? With Send Time Optimization, you don’t have to worry! With this feature, every customer receives the email when they are most likely to open it. You can easily set it with a few clicks during campaign creation.
The feature operates within a 24-hour window and sends the campaign at the right moment. The precise send time is calculated based on the customer’s previous email interactions. Find the perfect opportunity to land an email campaign!
Manually Adding Purchases
With this new Customer 360 View feature, you can manually input any purchase straight to the customer’s profile. Simply choose the product from the drop-down list and set the monetary value. Just head over to Purchase Overview and add the purchase with a few clicks.
Reward Recommendation Cache
There’s more for Customer 360 View! We added a sought-after widget that shows recommended rewards for each customer, including the validity and count of each reward. The widget gives you helpful insight that you can immediately use in custom campaigns. Recommend attractive rewards to customers and increase their shopping frequency, CLV, and loyalty.
