Top Pick of CareCloud’s New Features in 2024

It’s time to look back at all the useful functionalities we added to CareCloud in 2024. We developed a 6th application, added a new communication channel, and improved overall accessibility. Start your year with a fresh supply of marketing tools and skyrocket your revenue.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT APP

CareCloud revealed a 6th app: Customer Engagement. With it, you can track customers’ activity on a website, e-shop, support portal, or web app. This activity can serve as a trigger for automation workflows. Segment, nurture, and reward your customers based on their activity to increase conversion rate and revenue.

Automate abandoned browse notifications, cross-sell, nurture campaigns, or product recommendations. Segment customers based on their product browsing and reward their online activity.

AI-DRIVEN AUDIENCE RECOMMENDATION

Our AI tools made a significant addition. Now, you can let AI find an audience that is most likely to buy your product. Simply upload a specific product list, set the size of the customer group, and let AI do the rest. AI-Driven Audience Recommendation is perfect for quickly selling items about to expire, clearing out stocks before the season’s end, or selling surplus goods.

PASSMACHINE SUPPORT

A new channel that manages digital loyalty cards for Apple and Google Wallet is now available to CareCloud users. Store any loyalty card and send out push notifications to customers without them needing an app. Inform them about approaching reservations, expiration dates, or remaining loyalty points. Finally, send short-form campaigns, promo deals, or back-in-stock notifications. Include PassMachine in your omnichannel strategy!

DOUBLE OPT-IN

CareCloud takes consent seriously, which is why we further reinforced double opt-in support. Firstly, you can easily check whether a customer has completed a double opt-in process to ease privacy management. Moreover, you can segment customer based on their double opt-in policy, which highlights those who are truly interested in your brand.

Most importantly, you can trigger automation workflows that include only customers who opted in. This way, you improve engagement.

UPDATED DESIGNER AND AUTOMATION

The Email Designer has become increasingly intuitive, with many options simplified to enrich user experience. Among other quality-of-life improvements, you can now modify content using CSS, adapt emails to dark mode, and see the text changes in real time. We hope to streamline the user experience with every upgrade.

Moreover, our new text variable lets you add QR codes as blocks in the Email Designer. QR codes are growing in popularity and can do more than just contain website links: You can send vouchers, discounts, or individual transactions. Create your own custom codes and incorporate them into campaign templates.

Lastly, the interface for Marketing Automation now aligns with the overall platform design.
