Version 3.1.02 New MA Nodes and Customer Profile Tasks

New MA Action Nodes

Marketing Automation just got a significant update! We added a new MA action node that lets you change your customers’ consent status. This allows you to react to consent changes automatically and avoid issues with sending unwanted communication. What’s more, you can also insert a Catalogue Voucher node to expand customer reward types. 

Tasks Enabled in Customer Profiles

Customer 360 View lets you create custom tasks in customers’ profiles. Simply choose a profile and add the specific task to be performed, from complaints to pending customer service calls. This streamlines the customer service process to enable quick and effective response in case of customer-related issues.
