Each of the <strong>133 attendees was an expert in the retail industry<\/strong>, eager to learn and network. The main topic of this year\u2019s event is: How to balance the human touch and AI contribution to create effective Customer Experience (CX).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\">The program consisted of dynamic presentations by senior managers, CX experts, and CEOs of prominent brands, including Alza, Decathlon, and Rossman. Our own Head of Marketing and Sales, Vladim\u00edr St\u0159\u00edtesk\u00fd, demonstrated best practices for optimizing CX in retention marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\">Today\u2019s CX leaves a lot to be desired: Brands often don\u2019t give enough weight to customers\u2019 feelings, mismanage feedback, and send unpersonalized communication. Still, with advanced tools, the right mindset, and a little help from AI, any brand can rise above the competition and build a loyal customer base.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\">The event concluded with a panel discussion on the latest CX developments in retail, with top executives from Nestle, Dr. Max, and P.V.A. Systems. The amount of know-how in the hour-long discussion was impressive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"nadpismaly spodniodsazeni\">OUTSIDE THE LECTURE HALL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\">As the main partner, we were showcasing our platform on a kiosk with a custom demo version.
