We will launch a 12-hour flash sale campaign as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"blogodstavec\">The evening before the event (June 6th), we&#8217;ll send an email announcing the upcoming discounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"blogodstavec\">On the event day (June 7th, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM), we will send two push notifications \u2014 the first at the start of the sale (8:00 AM) and the second two hours before the end (6:00 PM) \u2014 to maximize the FOMO effect and motivate immediate purchases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\">So, how can you set up this campaign in CareCloud? First, we will create segments, then design email and push templates, create email and push campaigns, and finally design an automated workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"nadpismaly spodniodsazeni\">CREATING TARGET SEGMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\">The first step is to set up segments with customers who are most likely to respond to the flash sale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"blogodstavec\"><strong>New customers <\/strong>\u2014 This segment includes customers who made exactly one purchase. To qualify, the purchase must have been completed within the last 30 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"blogodstavec\"><strong>Inactive customers \u2014 <\/strong>This segment includes customers who were previously active shoppers but haven&#8217;t made a purchase or opened any marketing emails in the last six months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\">Go to the <em>Loyalty &amp; Administration app<\/em> and find the <em>Customer segments list<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\">To identify <strong>new customers<\/strong>, first click on <em>Purchase Behavior<\/em> criteria. Go to <em>Email Audience Preparation<\/em> and choose the <em>Selection of customers by customer segments and badges<\/em> criteria. First, we need to define the audience. Since the setup is the same as for email campaigns, we\u2019ll skip that and move straight to creating the push notification messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec translation-block\">In the <em>Push Notification creator<\/em>, write two messages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\"><strong>First Push Notification (Start of Sale):<\/strong> This notification will be sent precisely at 8:00 AM, signaling the launch of the sale. The setup is the same as for email or SMS, but you need to focus on two key steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\">The first thing is to set <em>Priority<\/em>. Set the attribute to <em>New Purchase<\/em>, choose <em>Order of recorded event on the account<\/em> as the operator, and select <em>Greater than 0<\/em>.
