Marketing Automation workflows received the long-awaited node, which lets you change account property values. Use this node to update custom properties outside automatic touchpoints. After a customer buys enough dog food and treats, update their custom property as \u201cDog Owner\u201d and use the data for further automated campaigns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simply set the type of account property you wish to update and then enter the value. Also, make sure that the current CareCloud user is authorized to change property values. Create complex automations that evolve for each customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
