Abigail Send Frequency Control<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tracking every customer\u2019s communication frequency is difficult. With this AI addition, you can set a limit on the number of marketing messages a customer can receive. Moreover, you can enable this feature during audience creation, and Abigail will remove recipients who would otherwise receive too many messages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Analysis & Reporting app, you can clearly see how many recipients were excluded. Excessive email frequency can negatively impact your newsletter deliverability and increase the risk of messages ending up in spam folders. With increasingly strict anti-spam measures in mind, we have focused on features that help you maintain optimal deliverability. You can also choose whether the Abigail Send Frequency Control should include only marketing campaigns or system and transactional messages as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segment Group Selection<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We made segment creation even easier and intuitive. Before defining the details of your segments, you can now choose from the selection of segment groups to get you started a lot quicker. You can now assign gift cards to customers directly within an automation scenario, without needing to use the REST API or assign them manually.
