Try the so-called \u201cAnniversary Day\u201d campaign, which commemorates the day a customer registered in a loyalty program. This is especially useful when customers don\u2019t disclose their birthdays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\">These easy-to-make campaigns can be entirely designed and automated using CareCloud. To illustrate, we created an entire Anniversary Day campaign for our mock brand, the bookseller LitHaven, designed for customers who had registered in Bookworm&#8217;s loyalty program. Depending on their membership status (Apprentice or Savant), customers receive a complimentary discount to boost sales and build loyalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\">The process has multiple steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"blogodstavec\">email design for the different statuses, along with reminders and \u201clast chance\u201d messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"blogodstavec\">SMS design for a \u201clast chance\u201d message to accompany the email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"blogodstavec\">voucher creation for each membership status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"blogodstavec\">automation logic combining all the previous elements in a workflow<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"nadpismaly spodniodsazeni\">EMAIL DESIGN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\">Firstly, we create two email templates: \u201cAnniversary Apprentice\u201d and \u201cAnniversary Savant\u201d for each membership segment. The numbers under the text window indicate the number of characters and, in extension, the number of messages the SMS campaign will contain. Since it\u2019s best to send only one message (due to costs), always aim for the shortest possible text.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"nadpismaly spodniodsazeni\">REWARD SETTINGS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\">Before we launch the automation, we will set up individual rewards. We will head over to Loyalty &amp; Administration, Loyalty settings, Rewards\/vouchers, and finally Campaign rewards. For the \u201cApprentice\u201d customers, we will set a 15% discount, and for \u201cSavant\u201d customers, a 25% discount. Then set up a 25-day waiting period. We do not have to set a \u201cwaiting for time range\u201d since the workflow only triggers at 8 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blogodstavec\"><strong>Tip #2<\/strong>: If you do not want your emails sent on weekends, use the \u201cWait for time range\u201d node to specify which days and hours should be excluded.
